1. Introduction

Welcome to FotoXpress, a brand operated by SPEEDEE SERVICES (003259883-U) ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of https://fotoxpress.co and any services we provide through it.

By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

  • Document photo creation (visa, passport, ID, residency, driving licence) with/without AI processing for ICAO and country-specific specifications.
  • Photo printing services (2R, 3R, 4R and other sizes) on photographic paper.
  • FotoFix AI photo editing including deblur, denoise, dehaze, glare, reflection removal, low-light recovery, restoration and colorization.
  • Soft-copy digital delivery and hard-copy delivery via courier (West Malaysia / East Malaysia) or self-collection.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
  • Payment is processed by our licensed payment partner, supporting FPX, e-wallet and credit card. We do not store card details on our servers.
  • By completing payment you confirm the preview is acceptable and authorise us to begin fulfillment.

4. Processing & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on third-party couriers and your delivery address. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or incorrect addresses you provide.
  • It is your responsibility to provide an accurate recipient name, phone number and shipping address at checkout.

5. Your Content & Responsibilities

  • You retain ownership of the photos and files you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, print and deliver them solely to fulfil your order.
  • You confirm that you have the right to upload any image you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws.
  • You must not upload content that is unlawful, obscene, infringing, defamatory, or that depicts another person without their consent.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that fails official document specifications, appears fraudulent, or violates these Terms or Malaysian law.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Uploaded photos information are purged after 30 days. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

The FotoXpress name, logo, website design and software are owned by SPEEDEE SERVICES or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse them without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

  • We use reasonable efforts to produce output that meets official document specifications, but we cannot guarantee acceptance by any embassy, government agency, immigration authority or third party.
  • Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or visa/application rejection.

10. Refunds

Refunds, reprints and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
