2R prints are RM 0.35 per copy. 3R and 4R prints are RM 0.60 per copy. Shipping is RM 8 (West Malaysia), RM 14 (Sabah / Sarawak), or free for self-collect at our Penang outlet.

2R (8.9 × 6.35 cm), 3R (12.7 × 8.9 cm), and 4R (15.2 × 10.2 cm) on photographic paper.

How long does photo printing take?

Photo print orders ship in 3~4 days after payment. Delivery time after that depends on the courier and your address.

What is FotoFix and what does it fix?

Accepted Answer

FotoFix is our in-house AI photo enhancement that automatically fixes the most common photo issues — blur, haze, glare, reflection, moiré, noise, rain, low light, faded colours, and old or damaged photos. It's applied automatically after payment to the prints that need it.

Can I print my photo without any editing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. FotoFix only enhances prints that need it — if your photo is already fine, we print it exactly as uploaded.

Question 6

What's the difference between Fit and Fill mode?

Accepted Answer

Fit mode shows the whole image with white borders if the aspect ratio does not match the paper. Fill mode fills the entire paper and may crop the edges. You can rotate the photo in either mode.
